We are to blame for our Countrys Faults.

I blame most of this cuntry's faults on our Generation. We are the morons, for example: "Fuck the Man". I am 100% behind this notion. However I'm one of the few people that actually is helping to “Fuck the Man”. Are you all stupid? Seriously is all of generation stupid?! I’m beginning to believe so. Our generation (21-25 years of age) is the most powerful generation alive at the moment, all we have to do is vote. I’ll say that again: All we have to do is Vote. Ok one more time: All we have to is VOTE. I am sad. I am sad simply because my brothers and sisters won’t stand up for what they believe in. Registering to vote is actually very simple. If any of you use the internet go to google and type in; how to register to vote, or registering to vote. So the next person that starts talking shit about our fucked up government and they did not vote I will get up slowly, look him/her in the eyes and hit them so hard maybe some god damn sense will leak into their squishy brain.

You simply have no right to complain if you did not vote.

To all of my fellow brother and sister smokers out there, I would start paying attention to news papers and follow up on a bill that is floating through the congress, it’s a small bill simply stating: A Person can carry up to 100grams of Marijuana on themselves. They will not be arrested or ticketed. You are even allowed to keep the “cannabis”. Now I’m no political major nor do I have a degree in social sciences but I think this is a good thing. And if it comes down to where we have to vote and if it doesn’t pass, I will personally beat whomever did not vote but smokes weed, oh and I will be beating you with a baseball bat.

Do you people not see that we basically control the god damn country? We have so many of us that whatever president we want will be in whatever congress women, man, or thing(Bob Dole) could be sitting in our states seat. We want a bill to pass or a bill not to pass we should get up and say something about it. And when I say something about I mean going out and Vote.

"Fuck you! Fuck me! Fuck the World!”

"Fuck you! Fuck me! Fuck the World!” So far in my life time, this is all I see around me. It's just another failure of our generation. We could be making a stand. Starting with simple things:
Recycling, Not driving around to…Drive around, useless spending of money(going out to eat), etc., etc., etc.
I am not going to say I do none of the above, but at the least I notice it. Does nobody else realize that we* will have no Social Security? Than on top of that our school system blows so much balls! But no one fret I have a solution for that:
First off this will take more less 10-15 years to complete, so our children will have this amazing school system not us*. High School should be 6 years. Let me repeat that b/c you did not read that wrong, “High School should be 6 years.” It’s the only way to fix what is wrong, and what is wrong is that no one wants to get up and go to college. Sure you can blame it on being lazy but I blame the schools. If we were taught with more enthusiasm in our class rooms maybe more students would start to pay more attention. It felt like I was being taught by a fucking robot, every class, every hour, and every day. The first 2 years is only general education (English, math, science), the real change is the 3rd year. The third year is all full of Intro classes (intro to auto, intro to film, intro to education, etc., etc..), semesters would only be 4 weeks. Than you move on to either another intro class or a advance class of whatever you have already taken. The last two years would only be classes to advance your intro classes. During the 2 years the school will help you find a job in the subjects that you were taking classes in. So than your really ready for college, you would know what you were doing and how to get there. In addition to the last 2 years you will have to take 1 year of political science mandatory, as well as 2 more credit hours of English and Math.

Of course most of you out there are going to say, “That sounds a lot like college.” And that is the point. So when you leave high school you know what the fuck your going to do! Instead of wasting thousands of dollars in loans only to find out that you hate that subject or school.

I’ll touch on the weed subject very quickly (this writing is not about the legalization of weed just using it as a example to help this country), weed: Legalize it and tax the fuck out of it. There economy problem solved. And If we really want to get more money…START TAXING THE FUCKING CHURCH'S! Hopefully you are all aware that no religious sanctum has ever been charged with taxes. All we have to do is charge them with property taxes that will help. If the “church” wants to be apart of every government/political election so fucking bad, than they can start participating in this country’s welfare. Pay like the rest of us, than you have a right to start saying, “Well he’s not catholic, or he doesn’t believe in religion.”

And a quick word about religion, FUCK IT! Don’t get me wrong I believe that God is real and I believe 1/16th of bible (maybe…mostly…ok almost none of the bible), but in order to achieve peace on this planet…we need to Abolish it. Abolish Religion and start living for today, instead of in guilt that we don’t go to church enough, pray enough, or pay enough to the church. Which doesn’t even donate there money where it is needed, they just keep expanding the church. So much money is given to the “church”(meaning any church) that it could easily take everyone of the homeless and give them jobs or free housing. This could be built on cemeteries that we could demo (what? George Carlin is right, we don’t need cemeteries.).

HR 5843: support marijuana smokers possessing up to 100 grams

That is the bill that is going through the house with little fight. Here is the artical:

he U.S. should stop arresting responsible marijuana users, Rep. Barney Frank said Wednesday, announcing a proposal to end federal penalties for Americans carrying fewer than 100 grams, almost a quarter-pound, of the substance. Current laws targeting marijuana users place undue burdens on law enforcement resources, punish ill Americans whose doctors have prescribed the substance and unfairly affect African-Americans, said Frank, flanked by legislators and representatives from advocacy groups.

"The vast amount of human activity ought to be none of the government's business," Frank said on Capitol Hill. "I don't think it is the government's business to tell you how to spend your leisure time."

The Massachusetts Democrat and his supporters emphasized that only the use -- and not the abuse -- of marijuana would be decriminalized if the resolution resulted in legislation. Video Watch Frank lay out the proposal »

The Drug Enforcement Administration says people charged with simple possession are rarely incarcerated. The agency and the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy have long opposed marijuana legalization, for medical purposes or otherwise.

Marijuana is a Schedule I controlled substance, meaning it has a high potential for abuse and no accepted medical use, according to the drug control office.

"Smoked marijuana has not withstood the rigors of science -- it is not medicine and it is not safe," the DEA states on its Web site. "Legalization of marijuana, no matter how it begins, will come at the expense of our children and public safety. It will create dependency and treatment issues, and open the door to use of other drugs, impaired health, delinquent behavior, and drugged drivers."

Allen St. Pierre, spokesman for the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, likened Frank's proposal -- co-sponsored by Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas -- to current laws dealing with alcohol consumption. Alcohol use is permitted, and the government focuses its law enforcement efforts on those who abuse alcohol or drive under its influence, he said.

"We do not arrest and jail responsible alcohol drinkers," he said.

St. Pierre said there are tens of millions of marijuana smokers in the United States, including himself, and hundreds of thousands are arrested each year for medical or personal use. iReport.com: Is it time to legalize pot?

There have been 20 million marijuana-related arrests since 1965, he said, and 11 million since 1990, and "every 38 seconds, a marijuana smoker is arrested."

Rob Kampia, director of the Marijuana Policy Project, said marijuana arrests outnumber arrests for "all violent crimes combined," meaning police are spending inordinate amounts of time chasing nonviolent criminals.

"Ending arrests is the key to marijuana policy reform," he said.

Reps. William Lacy Clay, D-Missouri, and Barbara Lee, D-California, said that in addition to targeting nonviolent offenders, U.S. marijuana laws unfairly target African-Americans.

Clay said he did not condone drug use but opposes using tax dollars to pursue what he feels is an arcane holdover from "a phony war on drugs that is filling up our prisons, especially with people of color."

Too many drug enforcement resources are being dedicated to incarcerating nonviolent drugs users, and not enough is being done to stop the trafficking of narcotics into the United States, he said.

Being arrested is not the American marijuana smoker's only concern, said Bill Piper of the Drug Policy Alliance Network. Those found guilty of marijuana use can lose their jobs, financial aid for college, their food stamp and welfare benefits, or their low-cost housing.

The U.S. stance on marijuana, Piper said, "is one of the most destructive criminal justice policies in America today."

Calling the U.S. policy "inhumane" and "immoral," Lee said she has many constituents who are harassed or arrested for using or cultivating marijuana for medical purposes. California allows medical marijuana use, but the federal government does not, she explained.

House Resolution 5843, titled the Personal Use of Marijuana by Responsible Adults Act of 2008, would express support for "a very small number of individuals" suffering from chronic pain or illness to smoke marijuana with impunity.

According to NORML, marijuana can be used to treat a range of illnesses, including glaucoma, asthma, multiple sclerosis, HIV/AIDS and seizures.

Frank, who is chairman of the Financial Services Committee, said that about a dozen states have approved some degree of medical marijuana use and that the federal government should stop devoting resources to arresting people who are complying with their states' laws.

In a shot at Republicans, Frank said it was strange that those who support limited government want to criminalize marijuana.

Asked whether the resolution's passage would change his personal behavior, Frank quipped, "I do obey every law I vote for" but quickly said he did not use marijuana, nor does he encourage it.

"I smoke cigars. I don't think other people should do that. If young people ask me, I would advise them not to do it," he said.

If HR 5843 were passed, the House would support marijuana smokers possessing up to 100 grams -- about 3½ ounces -- of cannabis without being arrested. It would also give its blessing to the "nonprofit transfer" of up to an ounce of marijuana.

The resolution would not address laws forbidding growing, importing or exporting marijuana, or selling it for profit. The resolution also would not speak to state laws regarding marijuana use.

SO GO OUT THERE A MAKE SURE THIS BILL HAPPENS! RIGHT TO YOUR SENATORS! CALL YOUR SENATORS!! DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO, TO HELP THIS BILL PASS! ITS IN OUR HANDS NOW!!!!! TELL EVERY SMOKER OF WEED OUT THERE KEEP PASSING THIS ON YOU FUCKS

Community Colleges free?!

Heres a update on the Political Race going on:

Education.

How great of a idea is it to make community colleges free? I dunno but sounds damn good to me. Think of all the people who may just take a class or even 2 classes every semester. Think of doing that but doing it for free! Hell maybe you even become a full time student and you don't have to pay a dime for the classes! My question is why isn't that active now?

Obamas education plan will give a annual 4000$ to go toward public colleges and than therefor make community colleges free as well. 4000$ sounds like a solid plan to get people to get back to school.

Mccain wants to build virtual schools. What that exactly means is more tuturing online more online course (take courses on your own time), he wants to devote 500$million to do it. Sounds like a good idea but will that grab the people to do it?

This No Child Left Behind law is crap there are flaws that should be addressed. But who am I to say?

Heres the link to both of the candidates proposal for Education: http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/issues/issues.education.html

I am 100% for making sure our youth (including us) to go to college. It will change our future.

Impulse buy! It helps the economy, but than again I'm not to smart with 8Money.

I couldn't tell you how many times I have been ridiculed because i cannot spell. Well the joke is on them because the world of technology as solved that riddle for me, its called Spell Check! So that's what I have to say to that.

Grab a pocket notebook and start writing anything down, random things, recipes, ideas, or even just a list of what you did today. But the one rule is that each page has a separate entry, you always write on a new page. Than just look back at them whenever. Optional rule is to write the date and time on the page.
-I want to 9sleep but i don't because I'm bored out of my mind.
-Writing can be exhausting, but I shall continue.

10Friends are-in my eyes-are love. Because the good friends love you because you are you, and that alone is simply just 11fascinating. They will no matter what stand up for you, because they love you, and All you need is love(thank you Beatles).

[8Money: Root of everything! No money= No nothing, Lots of money=Good Times, Middle class= Giving more than it should.]
[IPhone: Amazing Technology]
[9sleep: Natures way of helping us win the ware with "Life". ]
[10Friends: Weird.
I love my friends. There are some friends that I would kill for and die for, others...well whatever.]
[11Fasincating: The best word...that i like to speak. Because people can connect that word to what they strongly believe in there soul.]

The list

This list is ever growing so adding to it happens quite frequently:

Walking in the rain
Feeding ducks
Sitting on a park bench
Playing wiffle ball-with friends
Listening to music while in a row boat floating in the water
Writing down thoughts
Saying bless you
Watching a movie…outside.
Apples.
Saying, “Have a Nice day.”
Wearing the color Yellow/White
Eat fruit.
Play Super Mario Bros.(NES)
Sleep

Learning/Weed/Nice

1Learning is Fun. I wish I knew that 4 Years ago. I still don't apply myself and even now "i wont finish this"(this meaning continue to post), but I will try.

Marijuana, is not a drug. Simple as that. It is a plant. There are no hangovers, there are no serious side effects but for 3:
  1. Sleepy
  2. Happy
  3. Hungry

Be nice to all people when you go somewhere, especially to the people working. They make shit for cash, most have 2-3 jobs to make ends meet, and its not fair at them yell or bitch too. Just remember that people can't live without people who work there ass's off for penny's. Just give them a break. Also try to remember your first job and some shitty person yelling at you for a simple mistake or even something that was out of your hands like a price, the managers/crew at any store don't make the prices so don't yell at them about it, call up the corporation.

2Leeper & Tim Discussion
Time:

Leeper: Nobody should expect there food in 90 seconds.
Tim: True but they will yell and throw a fit if they don't.
Leeper: Well whatever.
Tim: I agree, Fuck'em.

I cannot explain Happiness but I have a examples. More of a list of suggestions that I have compiled to promote happiness.

[1Learning: Just do it. The internet is at your fingertips and has all the knowledge you would ever need, so just use it.]
[2Leeper: To be more precise Eric Leper: The man who saved the world from tornadoes.(Leeper stopped the tornadoes from taking over the world. Just accept it without questions).]

Life

Life: Is all fucked up, and the only way to live is well be you. Not everything can be explained so just....chill out, drink some tea, smoke some weed and think about walking in the rain1.

2Life, is not simple. Its rather complex and full of stupid bullshit. Why do we continue to hate everyone and fill others with that same rage? People are assholes. Period. again Period. I have seen so many people that would yell and throw a damn fit over small mistakes. People who would scream at another human being over a messed up sandwich, it was a mistake come back nicely and we(they) will fix it no problem. But get all worked up?! Not necessary, I have almost gave up on us humans but there are some hopes that we can just walk around and smile, and the answer is weed. I'm sure of that. Think about it, 3Love or 4Pain can have nothing to do with life or it can have everything to do about life.

[1Walking in the rain: one of the greatest moments in one's life.]
[2 Life: Being who you are...Being who you are, and remembering who you are.]

[3Love: 1)Fun! Interesting. Complicated.
2) No Comment.]
[4Pain: 1)Something that cannot possibly be explained. Only those who have felt it.
2)Emotional pain...see above.]

Creation

I have had blogs before but this will not be one. This is a just a complied list, ideas, views, suggestions and thoughts on modern living. For instance modern living could relate to well just damn near everything. I just write down whatever idea i feel people should hear and I hope they will listen. I'm here b/c I would like the human race to become a peaceful world.

Themes/Topics will come and go and they will be mixed in with the text I'm just going to write it as i do on my Notebook.

Thanks
Tim
